Certain public authorities are listed in FOIA Schedule 1 or FOISA Schedule 1 only in respect of certain information. This has several consequences:

• Exclusion from the Environmental Information Regulations 2004
• Wholly-owned subsidiaries of these authorities aren't public authorities themselves

FOIA Schedule 1

The following are only covered in respect of certain information under FOIA:

• 1A - The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills
• 2 - The House of Commons
• 3 - The House of Lords
• 5 - The National Assembly for Wales

• 9 - The Common Council of the City of London
• 10 - The Sub-Treasurer of the Inner Temple or the Under-Treasurer of the Middle Temple
