Template:Nisi

This template is used to make a reference to a Northern Ireland Order in Council (which is a kind of SI, but generally treated as primary legislation). It takes two arguments: the first is the year of the SI, and the second is its number. An optional third argument gives the link text. It requires there to be a page somewhere in FOIwiki which has a Legislation ID property of uksi/year/number.
