This template is used to make a reference to an Act of the National Assembly for Wales. It takes two arguments: the first is the year of the Act, and the second is its chapter number. An optional third argument gives the link text. It requires there to be a page somewhere in FOIwiki which has a Legislation ID property of anaw/year/chapter.
