- Summary: The complainant asked for the total cost of On the Air, an animated series produced by Flickerpix, and a breakdown of this cost. The BBC refused to provide the information on the basis that the information was held for the purposes of journalism art and literature. Having considered the purposes for which this information is held the Commissioner is satisfied that it falls within the scope of the Act but that it is exempt from disclosure under section 43. An appeal was made to the Information Tribunal, but the appeal was dismissed.
