(b) under a contract under section 84, 100 or 117 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or section 42 or 57 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006;

in respect of information relating to the provision of those services (added by Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003, amended by Health Act 2006 to include ophthalmic services, and amended by National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006 and Health Act 2006)

• 44 - Any person providing general medical services, general ophthalmic services or pharmaceutical services under the National Health Service Act 2006 or the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, in respect of information relating to the provision of those services (amended by Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003, SI 2005/38, SI 2005/2925, SI 2006/345 and National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006)
