Template:Ssi

This template is used to make a reference to a Scottish Statutory Instrument. It takes two arguments: the first is the year of the SI, and the second is its number. An optional third argument gives the link text. It requires there to be a page somewhere in FOIwiki which has a Legislation ID property of ssi/year/chapter.
