Decision Summary

  • Case Ref: FS50203058
  • Date: 21 December 2009
  • Public Authority: Office of Communications
  • Summary: The complainant made a series of requests to Ofcom regarding the number of complaints received from viewers/listeners that were deemed not to have broken any broadcasting code and which on review, were subsequently overturned.
