• Summary: On 24 July 2005 the complainant requested information relating to records from the Old Waterside Hospital, Derry. The Hospital informed the complainant that they did not hold the information requested and the complainant approached the Commissioner on 11 October 2005. The Commissioner contacted the public authority, and having investigated, is now satisfied that the public authority does not hold the information requested, and so has found that the public authority did not breach section 1 of the Act.
