FOISA Schedule I includes:
- 27 A Health Board, constituted under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978
The National Health Service (Constitution of Health Boards) (Scotland) Order 1974 (SI 1974/267)seems to have initially constituted the Health Boards, but its entire Schedule was replaced by SSI 2003/217, with later amendments by SSI 2006/32:
