FOISA Schedule I includes:
- 27 A Health Board, constituted under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978
The National Health Service (Constitution of Health Boards) (Scotland) Order 1974 (SI 1974/267) seems to have initially constituted the Health Boards, but its entire Schedule was replaced by SSI 2003/217, with later amendments by SSI 2006/32:
- Ayrshire and Arran Health Board
- Borders Health Board
- Dumfries and Galloway Health Board
- Fife Health Board
- Forth Valley Health Board
- Grampian Health Board
- Greater Glasgow Health Board
- Highland Health Board
- Lanarkshire Health Board
- Lothian Health Board
- Orkney Health Board
- Shetland Health Board
- Tayside Health Board
- Western Isles Health Board
