- 19B - A combined authority established under section 103 of [the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009]
Three of these seems to have been established:
- Greater Manchester Combined Authority (by SI 2011/908)
- Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield Combined Authority (by SI 2014/863)
- West Yorkshire Combined Authority (by SI 2014/864)
- Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral Combined Authority (by SI 2014/865)
