- Date: 9 November 2009
- Public Authority: BBC
- Summary: The complainant requested information about any guidance given to the BBC about its treatment of the Duchy of Cornwall and its relationship to the territory of Cornwall. The Commissioner is satisfied that the information in question was held for the purpose of journalism, art and literature. Therefore the BBC was not obliged to comply with Parts I to V of the Act.
