The public authority asked for clarification of the request, but when the complainant reiterated his request without any clarification they provided the information on 24/11/05. As the Job Centre was able to provide the information without receiving clarification they should have responded within the 20 working day time limit. On the following day the complainant sent a further letter providing further clarification which the Job Centre treated as a new request, and responded on the 29/12/05.
