Following investigation of the complaint, and in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, the Commissioner's decision is that the information requested is not held and that the public authority has dealt with the complainant's request in accordance with Part 1 of the Act. The decision notice specifies no remedial steps to be taken by the public authority.
