What to do if you've been asked to clarify your request

• Provide extra detail on what you're looking for to help them find the information
• Ask them for "advice and assistance" in outlining to you how they hold the information, eg for information held in databases, what fields are available to be queried.
• The 20-day clock for providing the information won't start until you've provided the clarification.
