I've written a quick guide on how to do this.

It's turned out a bit longer than I expected!

I hope it's useful to people.

There's already plenty of formal instructions on the Tribunal website for how to appeal - I've tried to express it here in more informal, appellant-friendly language. So that's why the chatty asides - I'm trying to be non-intimidating. So please think before deleting them or making the whole thing more formal.

Adding links - for example to FOIA, the EIR, and the exemptions pages - would be very welcome.
