Pharmaceutical services

FOIA Schedule I Part III includes:

• 44 - Any person providing ... pharmaceutical services under the National Health Service Act 2006 or the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, in respect of information relating to the provision of those services
• 51 - Any person providing ... pharmaceutical services under Part VI of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, in respect of information relating to the provision of those services

This probably covers all NHS pharmacies in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

FOISA Schedule 1 includes:

• 33 A person providing ... pharmaceutical services under Part II of [the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978], but only in respect of information relating to the provision of those services (amended by Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2004)
