In Jersey, the [[Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011]] is not yet in force.  According to the [http://www.gov.je/Government/Pages/StatesReports.aspx?ReportID=576 implementation plan] it should be fully in force by 2015.

Jersey currently has a Code of Practice on Access to Information.

The Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 provides a general right to obtain information held by public authorities subject to certain exemptions.
