These were released in a scanned pdf format (stored in 7 separate documents covering the updated
 
set of LTTs), however they were poorly OCR'ed, making it difficult to refer to the LTTs and re-use the data.  Work is currently in progress to transcribe the updated list of LTTs into a more structured format on FOIwiki, to enable the policies to be more easily interlinked with the other information on the site.

In January 2007, the ICO released via FOI [1] a number of their "Line to take" policy documents - these indicate how they approach certain types of complaints.
