There should be a copy of this Act in Cambridge University Library, but as of 2011-01-04 the relevant volume ([http://hooke.lib.cam.ac.uk/cgi-bin/bib_seek.cgi?cat=ul&bib=2756467 OP.3.02 vol 438]) was missing from its shelf.  The catalogue suggests it may have been in the bindery since 2003.
