Charter trustees
From FOIwiki
See Charter Trustees, Wikipedia
The extant charter trustees were established under three pieces of legislation:
- Section 246 of the Local Government Act 1972
- Regulation 3 of The Charter Trustees Regulations 1996 (SI 1996/263)
- Article 8 of The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Other Provision) Order 2009 (SI 2009/837)
Only the first set seems to be covered by paragraph 13 of FOIA Schedule I - Public Authorities.
